11月3日,以“中国西部·世界机遇”为主题的第十六届中国西部国际博览会在成都盛大启幕。

玄武岩矿石(Basalt Rock)
玄武岩是一种地下岩浆从火山中喷出或从地表裂隙中溢出凝结形成的火成岩,是地球洋壳和陆壳的重要组成物质。玄武岩分布广泛、储量巨大,并且随着地球活动的持续在源源不断地生成,目前主要作为道路土建的石料使用。
Basalt rock is formed by cooling of molten lava,which is the important part in the earth's oceanic and continental crust material.It is abundant throughout the world, and can be easily mined.The raw material is plentiful and renewable.Now it's usually adopted as the building stones and articles in the civil engineering.

玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱(Basalt Fiber Roving)
玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱,是由玄武岩矿石在约1400℃高温熔融后,通过铂铑合金漏板成型并经高速卷绕拉制成7-20μm直径的连续纤维原丝,经单股或多股平行合并而成,具有高强度,高模量,绝缘性好,且耐温、耐光性极佳的特点。
Basalt fiber roving is manufactured from finely powdered basalt, which is melted at around 1400°C to yield a glassy molten liquid which is then extruded through the platinum-rhodium alloy bushing in the form of thin threads. The fiber dimensions are generally in the range of 7 to 20 μm. The continuous basalt fiber is the material of choice presently with high strength, good modulus, high temperature resistance, high insulation property and sunlight resistance property.

玄武岩纤维复合型材(Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer Compose)
连续玄武岩纤维和高分子树脂基体制成的复合材料,具有抗拉强度高和密度低的优势,可达同尺寸普通钢强度的3倍以上,而重量只有其1/4,更有耐腐蚀、绝缘和传热慢的特点,用于结构减重或有抗磁、抗腐等功能要求的领域。
Material composed with continuous basalt fiber and polymer matrix has high tensile strength and low density property,which performs three times strength than the same size steel while the weight is 1/4 of the it. Meanwhile, its chemical resistance and low heat conducation merits made it can be widely used in the structural weight reducing, diamagnetic or anti-corrosion request fields.
